The December 13 & 14 Rathskellar Shows at RSD are canceled until Spring 2008. Rathskellar informed us at RSD that their bus driver feels it may be unsafe for the group to travel to Michigan for their next show this Friday after our shows here in Rochester. Therefore Rathskellar regrets its decision to cancel the shows at RSD. We are working on rescheduling Rathksellar for some time in May 2008. Please contact Ron Rood, RonRood@RSDeaf.org for a full refund if you already purchased tickets.
A New Role for Greg Livadas
December 14, 2007 · 1 Comment
Greg Livadas, the Democrat and Chronicle reporter who wrote about the deaf community for many years, has moved on to a new job.
But don’t worry, he will continue to make an impact in his new job as Director of Media Relations at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf, where he will report directly to NTID CEO Alan Hurwitz.
Greg also owns High Hopes Balloon Co. …
… which offers a variety of balloon trips in the area, even on water.
Congratulations to Greg and may he enjoy many successful years in his new role as NTID’s spokesman.

Someone has send me a link of a youtube.com movie that explains the problem perfectly in short and visual way. So sit down, grab your soda and popcorn and visit the blow link:
