This website is maintained by Tom Willard, a deaf Rochester citizen since 1980 (with intervals in NJ, Boston and LA).
Tom was founder/director of Deaf Artists of America, which had an art gallery in downtown Rochester (1988-92). He was also editor of Silent News when it was located in Rochester and oversaw the founding of Deaf Rochester magazine in 1994. Tom graduated with a photography degree in 1985 from Rochester Institute of Technology and is now editor of Deafweekly.

Hello. I wanted to let you know about a project I have been working on. It’s television programming for the Deaf and Heard of Hearing, from A-Z for young and old.
We launched on January 12, 2008 in Rochester, NY
