The Rochester Deaf Rotary will present its 5th Annual Community Service Award to Sally Taylor on June 10, 5 to 9:30 pm, at the RIT Inn, 5257 W. Henrietta Rd, Henrietta, NY 14586.
Barry Culhane, Stephanie Polowe-Aldersley and Vicki Hurwitz will be the keynote speakers. The cost is $35 per person (goes up to $40 after June 1) with four dinner choices and a cash bar.

The Rochester Deaf Rotary Club will sponsor A Night of Wine and Culture on Friday, April 4, at the RIT Inn and Conference Center, 5257 W. Henrietta Rd.
A beginner sign language lesson will take place 6:30 to 7:30p pm, and then from 7:30 to 10 pm there will be many wines to taste, hors d’oeuvres, desserts, raffles, auction items and more.
Tickets are $25 and include a wine glass to take home.
March 25 is the ticket deadline (after that will be based on availability).

The Rochester Deaf Rotary Club is sponsoring a Spaghetti Dinner & Bingo event on Saturday, February 16, at the Rochester Recreation Club of the Deaf, 1564 Lyell Ave. Dinner is 4 to 7 pm; bingo is 7:15 to 9 pm. The Rochester Deaf Rotary is teaming up with the Rochester Recreation Club of the Deaf to sponsor a Euchre Tournament Fundraiser on Saturday, January 12, 2008. It takes place at RRCD’s clubhouse at 1564 Lyell Ave., with registration at 7 pm and tournament at 7:30 pm. Prizes depend on the number of players. Admission is $20 per person in advance, $25 at the door. Proceeds will go to Rochester deaf community projects. Reserve your space now; January 5 is the deadline.
